Hello!
I'm Andrew

My name is Andrew LaRue. I'm a father of two teenage children, husband of a loving wife and native Idahoan.
As a teen, I had many interests and belonged to a diverse collection of extracurricular groups. I split my time between rodeo, drag racing, Judo, wrestling, woodworking, D&D and assorted GT(Gifted and Talented) groups such as Stock Market Wizards And Natural Helpers. While I enjoyed all these experiences, I was fascinated with computers and, unable to find a related group, I would spend hours changing settings and swapping out hardware on my parents old desktop.
I have since gained experience with several software languages including Html, JavaScript, Vue.js, Node.js and C#. I've also worked with and designed both MySql and NoSql databases and worked with AuthO, MongoDB, Postmaster and GitHub.
As a young father, I chose to put my interest in computers on hold and focus on providing for my growing family. Once I reached a point in my life where I could focus less on survival, I found myself returning to the digital landscape and a growing passion for software development.
The training I've received has certainly been challenging at times but I can honestly say I've enjoyed every minute of it. I've always loved to learn new things and the ability to put that passion towards a common goal has been amazing.
I enjoy problem solving and building projects of all kinds. Whether thats building an app, redesigning a website, running D&D groups for friends or creating bio-active vivarium enclosures.
